SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping is free for orders over $150.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time once you've placed your order. We use UPS for all orders and ship within 3-5 business days for delivery.

For Priority Shipping orders, please allow 2-3 days for processing and shipping. 

Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. 

If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours of ordering, please contact us at wellness@selfcarenbeyond.com .

Self Care & Beyond is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and/or delays once the order is shipped. Please contact UPS using your tracking number for further assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery on the specified day once the package is released to UPS.


Return & Refund Policy

Refund policy

  • Self Care & Beyond does NOT do refunds. We do a 7-day return policy in which you can receive store credit. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return and mail it back to us. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return will be denied for any sign of wear and tear. 

  • To start a return, you can contact us at wellness@selfcarenbeyond.com . If your return is accepted, please mail your items back to the address on the shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. There are no refunds on the original shipping costs. 

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order when received and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Discounted items and items on promotion are NOT eligible for return. 

 

Store Credit


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and your store credit will be issued. Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.
